Vibrations in Business: Revolutionary Thinking Uncovers Growth Opportunities

What You Resist, Persists

Although an ability to problem solve is considered a good quality, it’s often an obstacle to the solution. The urge to correct something is a form of resistance to what is; what you resist, persists.

When you wrestle with a problem, you vibrate at the same frequency as the problem and remain stuck. Problems are symptoms of a particular state of consciousness. They will always exist at that level – the same way water will always become ice at thirty-two degrees.

You can’t solve the problem of frozen water as long as you’re living at thirty-two degrees. But rise above the temperature and the ice melts.

Problems aren’t solved. They dissolve as you evolve.

Take the attention off the problem and place it on the opportunity. Rise above being merely a problem solver and become a vision holder. This requires us to act based on where we want to go (our vision), not where we are (the problem).

The same principle applies to driving a car. When skidding out of control, we tend to look at the area we are skidding into. Instead, we should look at the area where we WANT to go because the hands naturally follow the eyes.

Energy flows where your attention goes.

Become a candidate for the larger life trying to emerge. BECOME A CANDIDATE FOR THE LARGER AGENDA THAT IS TRYING TO EMERGE WITHIN YOUR FIRM OR YOUR COMMUNITY.

Yes, a chronic problem is often a symptom that we’re living in a world that no longer fits us.

Something bigger is trying to emerge, but our focus on getting back to where we were keeps us contracted mentally and emotionally so we remain small followers instead of leaders, victims instead of victors.

This type of thinking is why Growth Dynamix is markedly different than any other business consulting firm in the marketplace.
